We only offer size exchanges of the same product. We do not offer refunds or returns. 

In the event of an exchange, the product should be returned to us in the same condition as received it with its original packaging and tags within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please note the courier charges will be borne by the customer while returning (an exception might be applied in certain cases). 

Once received, our team will examine the product and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

Yes, we do restock products, depending upon the availability of raw material. Incase you have queries regarding the restocking of a particular product, please reach us out on whatsapp.

We send our orders via third-party Logistic Partners. We take 1-3 days to make your order as we follow the made-to-order model. After which, standard delivery will take 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery address.

In case you have an urgent order that you wish to receive before the time frame mentioned you can reach out to us through Email/ Instagram/ WhatsApp and we'll do our best to deliver it to you at the earliest.
